Refunds and Credits

Consultations are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled, postponed or redeemed for other services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you miss your appointment, for any reason, you may reschedule it once without paying an additional fee.  After that, you will be required to pay again to reschedule.
